1. Refunds
Refunds are only granted for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Please provide clear photos when reporting any damage or defects.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Refund Process
Once an item is approved as defective or damaged, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
